check out that last one!  It effectively means that there is absolutely NO end to the number of frequencies that are given to the newcomer who has passed a couple of silly tests. 

It's unlimited, as is the amount of fun that can be had.  Hey, I'm having fun; is anybody else?

Oh, and that frequency list above?  All those frequencies are allowed to the bare-bones beginner within amateur radio.
