This is a super-cheap, full-function HT - but it has one vey frustrating traight - It has graduated tuning by .25khz at a time...I could get to 145.425, but could NOT figure out how to get it to 145.43?
I'm sure it's operator error, I've read the manual, to no avail!
Any ideas out there?
You can set it in the STEP menu, just set the step to 5:

Awesome! Thanks Ray!
Theres one for Gil...I told him I guess I'd hunt through 20 miles Google or YouTube - he said "Try Radio Preppers"
And viola!

That did the trick! Thanks Ray!
It also changes the frequency search (dial tuning) by whatever you change the step to...but I've discovered a menu option that toggles between 145. to 146. And then the minor graduation changes between the frequencies between 145. And 146 aren't so tedious!
Pretty cool little rig...awaiting my Na-77 antenna to see if I can make contact with Gil - as we're some 50 miles apart..hoping I can pick him up on the Verna repeater...at 145.43...
Let me know when you are ready to try a contact via repeater Tim :)
Gil.
