Title: Locating Nets
Post by: Geek on July 11, 2013, 01:10:20 PM
This is probably one of those newbie questions that everyone knows the answer to except me.  I'd like to identify some regular voice nets on each band so I can simply have something to listen to and test my reception.  Where do I find what nets are operating with schedules and frequecies?

Hello Geek, I went through the same looking for CW nets.. Best is to Google your state with SSB net, you should get some hits. Nets are also often mentioned on forums.. There are also various Yahoo groups to look into. And, well, spin the dial!

Here's the link for the ARRL net directory http://www.arrl.org/arrl-net-directory-search (http://www.arrl.org/arrl-net-directory-search). It's probably your best bet for finding your local and regional traffic nets.
