Is anyone able to get these outside of the US? Just curious...... Though I must admit that I think the FCC is dragging their feet!

No. Unfortunately not. The OBLTR-8R is the next model up. Shame whoever is selling the termn8r you pointed to is gouging the price. This model should be roughly $100, but with FCC issues, well.... Ya know.
