I am not following this at all.  There is no background on what the arrest of Floyd Parish was for.  It is unclear how an arrest that does not result in being "booked" is handled.  It is unclear why this even came to the attention of the Governor or what his objection was.

While I certainly applaud a Sheriff who upholds our 2A rights, I don't understand the leap to HAMs.  Is your reference in Perry an error?  Rick Scott is the Governor of FL.

Rick Scott is a complete confusion. Get this: he ran as a Tea Party Republican...but it didn't take long to morph into JohnRomneyMcSame.

Sometimes he has a backbone (anti-tax), mostly he's got round heels....
