Is it just me or did the font and icon size of the forum list pages recently grow?

It did. Some side effect of updating the Tapatalk module.. I haven't had time to look into it yet...

Pretty minimal side effect for the nice addition of Tapatalk, thanks for that Gil. It's not hurting anything, I just wondered like Wes did if I somehow accidentally changed some view parameter in my personal settings.
